I figure I have two choices: use the 5.3 MTM and 5.3c for their respective purposes. Or build three 5.3c for use as left, center, and right, with the in-wall crossover.

    Any suggestions?
I'm a bit late to this discussion, but the 5.3c would serve your purposes best. I'm hoping one side of that enclosure isn't up against the wall, or that early reflection could hurt the sound quality bad.

Sorry for the late response. A year and a half late... I did finish the build, and the speakers sound great!

    Here are some pictures:

Looks beautiful! Those curtains by the right side are actually doing a lot to help your sound quality and balance. Will help with absorption of that early reflection.
