- Madisound does not charge packaging and handling fees.We charge only what we pay in shipping costs, regardless of whether we are shipping within the U.S. or to an international address.

Shipping Method & Time Frame
- We will make every attempt to process your order the day it is placed and ship according to your preferred method.
- USPS picks up at Madisound when we open in the morning. This means that all USPS orders ship a full business day after your order is placed.
- FedEx and UPS shipments are picked up in the afternoon therefore ship the same business day.
- You will receive a notification if any items are on back order. You will have the option of partial shipment or holding your order until it can be filled complete.
