Product Notifications
When a product is back-in-stock, we can email you.
In Brief
You'll need to sign up at our store for an account, then add a product to your notifications list. When the product is back in stock, we will send you an email.
Step-by-Step Instructions
In this example you will either create a new account, or sign into your existing account, at the Madisound Store. For this tutorial, I am using the tweeter H1212 as the item for which I want back-in-stock notifications.
- Find the product that you wish to be notified about when it comes back-in-stock. Go to the Madisound Store. Please consult Search Tips, for best methods on finding what you are looking for.
- In this case I am searching for a Seas tweeter with the product code "H1212". Please follow this link to see the page in question, then use your browser "Back" button to return here.
- On the H1212 page you will see the notification box in the right-most column. The message will read, "Email me about status updates for SEAS Prestige 27TBFC/G (H1212) Aluminum/Magnesium Dome."
- Click on this sentence. This activates Product Notification. You will be asked to sign into your account, or create a new account.
- To verify that this product is now in your Product Notifications, please visit My Account at the Madisound Store.
- Now select View or change my product notification list.
- Caution: Do not select Global Notifications unless you want a lot of emails.
Verifying Your Notifications
If you want to see which products you have in your notification queue, you'll need to look at your store account information. Follow this link and login, and you're there.
