What methods of payment can I use?

Madisound accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, MONEY ORDER, CHECK, PAYPAL, and DIRECT BANK TRANSFER.

How do I pay with PayPal?

For convenience our Paypal address is the same as our email, info@madisound.com. If you wish to pay by Paypal, please send us your order and we will quote you by email.

Can I get the exact total with shipping before you ship my order?

We can offer you a estimated quote of the shipping cost and after you accept the estimate and confirm the order, we will package the order and give you the exact amount.

What information do you need for my order?

Please include your complete name, billing address, shipping address if different, telephone number, and the method of payment you wish to use.

Can I come to Madisound and audition your products?

Yes, we have a demonstration room with many speaker systems available for audition. Please call in advance to arrange a listening session. We encourage you to bring your own program music on compact disc.

What is LEAP?

Loudspeaker Enclosure Analysis Program is the software that enables our technicians to perform custom crossover design. Once you've selected the drivers, we can begin your LEAP design. With your crossover schematic you also get the simulated frequency and phase response and impedance graph. Please read about Leap Crossover Design for more information.

Do crossovers come with the LEAP design?

We begin with the design. We must run the design first before we can accurately quote you for crossovers. Based on the design we can either assemble the crossovers or send you the parts to make them yourself. The assembled crossover cost will vary depending on the quality of the parts you choose. Solen Fastcap poly caps and our house brand Sidewinder 16 gauge coils are considered typical good quality. For high-end systems, we recommend Mundorf or Hovland capacitors and Goertz "Alpha-Core" foil inductors.

What is your warranty and return policy?

Our products (excluding crossovers or special orders) are warranted for one year against manufacturer defects. Return the defective items to us with a complete note of explanation and a daytime phone number to reach you for additional information. Products received in damaged condition should be reported immediately, and the original shipping carton should be retained for inspection. Package returns carefully, manufacturers will not warranty damaged products. We handle most warranty claims directly, and will usually exchange defective units within two weeks of return. Disputes over driver performance will be handled through the manufacturer. Madisound will accept returns of purchases for refund if items are in unused condition, without evidence of mounting or soldering, for a period of 45 days after purchase.
